Book in for all the Monday Yoga Classes in the first half of Spring term to enjoy expanding your movement skills, pursuing peace and mindfulness.
Ready to move, sweat, and challenge yourself? This energetic yoga class brings dynamic flow, balance work, and a sense of play. Stretch your limits, fire up your muscles, and explore what your body is capable of—while staying connected to breath and focus. It’s about strength, balance, and discovering your power in motion.
This class is for 11-18s and if you wish, your parent or carer can enjoy too. Young people are welcome to access this class without an accompanying adult but we would like all adults to only attend if they’re accompanied by their child. (Our adult only classes can be found on the events tab.)
Whether you're a brand new beginner giving it a go, or experienced in your yoga journey, you’ll leave with a boost to your body, mind and soul.
