If you are aged between 11-18 (Year 7 upwards) and want to find out more about the different things that we do to help you grow in your wellbeing, come to a Welcome Chat with us. Welcome Chats are bookable, using the form below, or you can come along to our Wellbeing Café and we will fit you in!

Welcome Chats

Welcome Chats are a chance to hear about all the different things we do that you can get involved with, get to know us, and come and experience the Wellbeing Cafe. We can also find out about what you’d like to take part in and can show you how to book on. We would recommend a Welcome Chat as a first step for everyone, but if you would like to come to our Wellbeing Cafe or one of our Classes first, you’d be really welcome to do that too.

The chat takes around 15-20 mins, (this depends if you’ve got loads of questions or not) and will be between you and one of our Wellbeing team. There is also the opportunity to fill in a permission form if you want to attend one of our courses. We don’t need a permission form if you want to come to our Wellbeing Cafe or one of our Classes, but if you want to book onto a course, we need to receive the permission form before we will give you the code you will need to book your place.

What can I do at Golddigger Trust?

Wellbeing Cafe

Our Wellbeing Cafe is an exciting and innovative space where young people are able to take time to really invest in themselves. We offer an imaginative Wellbeing Menu of activities, focused on our four areas of wellbeing: Heart, Mind, Body and Soul, allowing young people to curate their experience to focus on what they need in that moment. 

Wellbeing Courses

We offer a range of short courses and programmes that run from 3-8 weeks that cover a range of topics, including self esteem, emotional resilience, identity and more. Our courses offer the opportunity to go more in depth on an issue and develop tools and skills to support your own wellbeing.

Wellbeing Classes

Classes are your opportunity to get involved with the things that you get excited about. All of our activities engage with our wellbeing and classes are no different, stretching you creatively, physically and mentally. Whether you love cracking puzzles in The Core, finding your flow in Yoga or unleashing your creativity in our Art Classes, there is something for everybody.
