Libby and Chloe from iRise International join us at our first Focus class where we learn and grow in understanding on periods, part of our menstrual cycle.
This interactive workshop will help us explore the difficulties we can experience with periods, discuss the stigma around the subject and provide you with the chance to ask all your questions about different products and share any worries you may have.
