How do we look after our wellbeing?

Looking after our wellbeing is about looking at the whole of our lives. Wellbeing is the experience of health, happiness, and moving forwards with life. It includes having good mental health, finding joy, having a sense of meaning or purpose, and ability to manage stress. When our ‘being’ is ‘well’ the we have more strength to cope when things go wrong or if situations change.

At Golddigger Trust we try to keep checking on these 5 main aspects of wellbeing. Some may come more naturally than others, but if we keep challenging ourselves to grow a little in all 5 ways we’ll be looking after our wellbeing.
