Sometimes there are situations that we know are sitting in the way of our wellbeing. There are loads of great ways to look after our wellbeing and making sure we are ‘feeding ourselves with the right stuff’ Are we CONNECTing with others? Are we giving and showing kindness in order to SHIFT our focus onto other people? Are we taking time to PAUSE and notice the things around us that we can be grateful for? Are we making sure we MOVE and keep our bodies healthy and strong? Are we challenging ourselves to learn and CREATE things to develop our skills?

There are loads of tips to help with wellbeing in our resource section a but what if you know you are facing obstacles that are trickier to get past? What happens when you know there is something going on that is blocking an area of your wellbeing and you don’t know what to do about it? At Golddigger Trust we offer a goal based mentoring programme called Aurous. With a mentor you will be able to discuss your situation and together you will have the opportunity to dig through what is going on, find the opportunities available to you and start to out together a plan to make changes and see transformation.
