Drop In is our weekly wellbeing space at the Golddigger Trust Centre. Come along, grab a drink, join in some wellbeing focused activities and enjoy the space and time out in your week. If you need to talk to someone you can request a 1:1 with one of the Golddigger Trust Wellbeing Team while you’re there.

Each week we’ll have activities focused on one of the five wellbeing themes; Create, Connect, Pause, Move and Shift.

Drop In for year 10-13 on Tuesday 4:30-5:30pm to improve mental health and wellbeing for teenagers

Drop In sessions run on Tuesdays (term time) at our centre for young people:

Y10-13s: 4.30-5.30pm

Y7-9s: 5.30-6.30pm

You can stay for 2 hours and also book into the Wellbeing Workshop on the same day.

Sessions are wellbeing focused and are aimed at giving you a safe space to just be. Join us for a drink, a chat, some wellbeing activities and if you need a 1:1 chat with one of our Wellbeing Team just ask us when you arrive.

Sessions are free. You are welcome to come along to try it before registering or book a registration with us first so that you can have a look around with one of our team.

Wellbeing theme of shift is about shifting your focus onto other things to improve your mental health
Wellbeing theme of create can increase positive emotions and reduce anxiety to improve your mental health
Wellbeing theme of pause is about taking time to stop and reflect to improve your mental health
Wellbeing theme of move is about releasing endorphins and making you happy to help with wellbeing
Wellbeing theme of connect is about feeling a sense of belonging and boosting self-worth to improve your mental health
