What is un/rest about?

Un/rest' is a course with 3 sessions to support your mental health and wellbeing when coping with any changes and uncertainties..

We hope this course will help you understand what you are experiencing, process what has gone before and learn to manage the now and the unexpected. As a group you will be able to share opinions, do individual reflective work and learn ways to manage through this challenging season.

You’ll receive a resource booklet to guide you through the sessions together which is full of useful ideas and insights to help you after you’ve finished the course too.
